Love One Another

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." 

John 13:34,35 RSV 

During our time on this earth Jesus expects us to love one another, like He has loved us, because if we love others know that we are His children and  His disciples. It's hard to love in todays world..How do we love the unloveable? We do it with Christs love. Even when we come across persecution we must love. When Jesus went to the cross He asked God to forgive the one's who had him on the cross, He said forgive them Father for they know not what they do. He even loved when He was hanging on the cross dieing for all of us in the world.

The thief hanging on the cross asked Jesus to remember him when he went to heaven and Jesus loved him so much that he did remember. Paradise is what the thief called it. Jesus prepared the way for us because He loved us.  No matter what others do to us, we still must love them, we must open our hearts and find Jesus' love inside us, because there are so many in the world that don't know the love of Christ. Let's love others the way Jesus loves us.
